Delivery
We aim to post all items within 3 working days of an online order being placed, this may be a little longer at times of heavy demand.

United Kingdom Mainland Delivery
Free UK delivery available on orders over £80 (with the exception of Kilts - please see separate information)
Delivery is by Royal Mail or Royal Mail Special Delivery for all UK orders.

Delivery charges:
£1 for orders up to £10
£1.50 for orders up to £15
£4.50 for orders of £20 up to £80
Orders over £80 free 1st class delivery - signature required
£8.50 for Royal Mail's tracked Special Delivery service (all order values)

Delivery charges for kilts:
If you are unable to collect your kilt in-person, we can offer to deliver your kilt by courier service. Delivery costs will be charged as appropriate, so please contact us for a quote for delivering your order. All packages will be sent using a tracked delivery service, and will be covered against loss or damages. Tracking information will be sent to you automatically when the item is shipped.

Europe and Northern Ireland
Unfortunately, due to the EU's new General Product Safety Regulation (GSPR - effective from 13th December 2024) we are currently unable to sell and ship to Europe and Northern Ireland.
As a small business, we are unable to meet the new requirement of having an EU-based representative which is now mandatory to ensure compliance with product safety and communication standards.
We deeply value our customers in these countries and are actively working on a solution.
We understand this may be disappointing, we are extremely disappointed too!

International Shipping (except Europe and Northern Ireland)
We are able to ship orders to USA & Canada, Australia, New Zealand and rest of the world; delivery costs will be charged appropriately - Please contact us for a quote for shipping your order.
All packages will be sent using a tracked delivery service, and will be covered against loss or damages. Tracking information will be sent to you automatically when the item is shipped.

Customs Charges
All import duty and taxes are to be paid by the consignee. If they apply, they will need to be paid before the parcel will be released for delivery. Please note that you will need to meet any additional charges for customes clearance; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they will be. As customs policies vary from country to country, please contact your local Tax or Customs office for further details.

Returns
We really hope you love your items, but if for some reason you do need to return an item, you must contact us within 14 days after receiving the order. We will then provide you with the return address.
The order must be returned to us within 30 days of receipt and the item(s) must be in the same condition in which you received them. Items must be unused, with all tags still attached and in their original packaging.

Returned goods will be exchanged or refunded (minus the delivery cost and any other relevant costs incurred).

Please include your name and order number in the parcel so that we can match the items to your order.

The cost of returning an item to us is your responsibility. We recommend that you use registered delivery and obtain proof of postage as we cannot accept responsibility for orders lost or damaged in transit by a third party and so you will be liable for any damage or loss.

If the return is due to a fault I will refund you the cost of the item plus the delivery charge within thirty days.
For any non-faulty item returned a refund will be strictly conditional on the item being in the original condition. Unfortunately, we do not cover the cost of you returning non-faulty items.

Made-to-measure, Bespoke and Custom Orders are non-returnable and non-refundable unless faulty.
